DreamiHeaven proudly provides free shipping, limited to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

All orders shipped within the specified regions are tracked, with an average transit time of 7-12 business days, dispatched via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, depending on the chosen shipping option. While most orders arrive earlier than expected, delivery times may vary based on COVID-19 complications or demand-related cut-downs in your country.

Order Processing Times

 Order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. All orders undergo quality checks and processing within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You'll receive another notification when your order ships. Orders received after 5:00 PM begin processing the next business day.

Import Duties and Taxes

 Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, upon reaching your destination country. RenoHeal is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may change due to sudden global events. The maximum delivery time is 15 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages upon delivery. Shipping updates are provided to ensure the safe receipt of your product. Signatures are not required for receiving orders; please stay informed through our shipping updates.


When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at with your name and order number.

Tracking numbers are sent to the provided email during order processing and shipment.


We are not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses. The customer can change their shipping address within 48 hours of ordering. If an order's shipping address is invalid, the customer can pay a fee or have the order disposed.
