Refund/Return Policy

At Dreamiheaven.com, our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:

  • All refund and return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Contact us at support@dreamiheaven.com or through the Contact Us page, providing your order number and the reason for return or refund.
  • Returns must be in the original packaging and condition, accompanied by the receipt. Items not meeting these criteria will be refused acceptance.
  • Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us immediately at support@dreamiheaven.com, providing your order number, proof of purchase, pictures of the damaged package or products, and the correct shipping address. We will promptly arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no extra cost, excluding damage caused by the customer, which may incur a replacement fee.

Processing Time of Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-14 business days. While we strive to process your refund promptly, additional processing time may be required by your payment bank. For specific details on refund timelines, please contact your bank directly.

Change or Cancel Order:

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We will address your request promptly. Note that orders already dispatched cannot be modified or canceled.
